"As a Senior Tender Engineer in the Offshore Cable Department, I manage a tender from A to Z, together with a great team.
First, I study the assigned tender, taking into account the client's requirements and our expertise. Then I discuss the approach and decide the best strategy for the project and our proposal. I do this together with the team leads and management. Ultimately, my job is to gather all the input and prepare a proposal that is technically and commercially attractive. And in doing so, I get help from the Secretariat Offshore. They are always ready to help us meet our deadline and win profitable projects for our cable-laying vessels.’
